Jim & Cecilia have a great operation in Tortola. We picked them for the "Mom & Pop" local small business flavor and they delivered way behind that. The Pinta was a fabulous boat and you could tell that Jim makes sure that his yachts receive the TLC that they require. We didn't have a problem once and thoroughly enjoyed the two weeks we were there. What Cecilia offered in the way of information for amenitifes before and after the charter was priceless. Highly recommend them and looking forward to our next charter in November 2010.

We've been visiting the islands since 1988. We made the switch from land to sea in 93 (or so). During the last 15 years, we've chartered w/most every company, large and small. It was about four years ago when our regular charter company could not meet our required dates. I remember hearing about a company that was with new owners and had a feeling that they would put forth the extra effort we desired. They did just that and we haven't looked back. Our last four trips have been with PVC and we will continue to charter with them in the future. THEY CARE AND IT SHOWS!

We have chartered with several different companies in the BVI for over 15 charters. This was our first charter with Pro Valor and they were excellent. Their pre-charter service is outstanding, they answered all of my questions and made it clear they really cared about our happiness with their company. The systems and equipment on our boat were flawless, we didn't have one issue. In fact ,the refrigeration on our Lagoon 410 was the best we have ever experienced. Pro Valor will be our charter company of choice for our future vacations.
